This Limited Lifetime Warranty (Warranty) is extended by Uo Arms, LLC, a corporation organized under the laws of Texas (“Uo Arms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), to you as the original retail purchaser (“You” or “Your”) of any Uo Arms product (the “Product”). The rights provided under this Warranty are in addition to any other legal rights You may have, which can differ depending on Your state of residence.



Who and What Does This Warranty Cover



Uo Arms, LLC extends this warranty to you, the original retail purchaser of the Product, guaranteeing that the Product will arrive and remain free from manufacturers’ defects in materials or workmanship, provided the terms and conditions set out in this document are met.





How Long Does This Warranty Remain In Effect?



This Limited Warranty remains active and enforceable for as long as You, the original retail purchaser, retain ownership of the Product.





How Do You Request Warranty Service?



To obtain service under this warranty, please complete the Warranty Service Request Form at the bottom of this page.



Once we have received and reviewed your warranty service form and, if deemed a warranty issue, we will send You a prepaid shipping label along with instructions for returning the Product. Please adhere to the shipping instructions provided upon receipt.

What Does Uo Arms Provide For A Covered Defect?



If, while You own the Product, one or more components fail as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, Uo Arms will, at no cost to You, furnish a replacement or repaired product (the choice of remedy resting solely with Uo Arms). The replacement or serviced Product will carry warranty coverage for the remaining period of your ownership of the Product, under the same terms and conditions described herein.



What Is Excluded From This Warranty?



This Warranty does not apply to any damage or condition that Uo Arms determines to have resulted from any of the following:

- Repairs, disassembly, adjustments, or modifications performed without authorization

- Carelessness, negligence, misuse, or unsafe handling practices

- Normal wear and tear over time

- Improper or unreasonable storage, use, or maintenance of the Product

- Hand-loaded, reloaded, remanufactured, or defective ammunition

- Use of a suppressor not recommended for use by Uo Arms LLC



Limitation Of Liability And Disclosures



THIS LIMITED WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE RESTRICTED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD (DEFINED AS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER’S OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCT). NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, SHALL SURVIVE BEYOND THAT PERIOD. NOTE THAT CERTAIN STATES DO NOT PERMIT LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS RESTRICTION MAY NOT APPLY IN YOUR STATE.



UO ARMS’S OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT DEFECTS AND MALFUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THOSE DESCRIBED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH CONSTITUTES YOUR SOLE REMEDY AGAINST UO ARMS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL UO ARMS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER YOUR CLAIM ARISES UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THIS EXCLUSION INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR ECONOMIC LOSS, BODILY INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE. SOME STATES PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY LIMITATION IN THIS WARRANTY IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IT SHALL NOT APPLY. NO INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY WARRANTY OR ACCEPT ANY OBLIGATION ON BEHALF OF UO ARMS BEYOND WHAT IS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF ANY PROVISION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS FOUND TO BE UNENFORCEABLE OR PROHIBITED IN A PARTICULAR JURISDICTION, THAT PROVISION SHALL BE INEFFECTIVE SOLELY TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED, AND ALL REMAINING PROVISIONS SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.



Governing Law, Venue And Consent To Jurisdiction



This Limited Warranty shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal dispute between UO ARMS and You, or Your heirs, representatives, or assigns, must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in one of the following Civil Districts of the State of Texas: the 14th, 44th, 68th, 95th, 101st, 116th, 134th, 160th, 162nd, 191st, 192nd, 193rd, or 298th. BY ACCEPTING THIS WARRANTY, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE TEXAS COURTS, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SERVICE OF PROCESS MAY BE EFFECTED UPON YOU AS PERMITTED UNDER TEXAS LAW
